DIRECTIONS:
Exfoliating Buff
1. Activate the gentle cleanser.
2. Use the textured side to exfoliate, the smooth side for cleansing.
3. Rinse.
Socks
1. Put on socks; feel the cool moisturizer.
2. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer. Moisturizer stays on the inside, not on the outside.
3. Massage in residual moisturizer after removing socks.
Gloves
1. Remove jewelry. Put on gloves; feel the cool moisturizer.
2. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer. Moisturizer stays on the inside, not on the outside.
3. Massage in residual moisturizer after removing gloves.

This is a great product. I wash my hands alot at work and so have very dry hands. I used the buff and the gloves as well as the socks overnight and was amazed at how soft my hands and feet were in the morning. Definately beats spending tons on a spa treatment. Will continue to use this product.

I wouldn't go with this product. You'd get a much better result with the gloves and socks that are therapeutic moisturizers. They last for a long time, not disposable. Just buy the gloves and the socks and a bottle of their lotion. Use an exfoliant on your feet and use the gloves or socks overnight and you'll notice a huge difference - better than anything you'll get from this product and the price is reasonable. I got mine at Khols. You could probably find them at other stores like ULTA or something.

I tried both the foot and hand treatment and was completely disappointed. I wore them to bed and left on all night and they did little or nothing for me. Rubbing in some lotion before bed works better than this product. Don't waste your money.
