My 6-year old son was so excited to receive this Lego book and eagerly helped with the words he could read (though a lot of it I had to read the first time around). Great gift for a 6-8 year old boy!

If your little guy is into the Mars Mission Lego sets, be sure to grab this little book! It's a reader, grade three, around second grade, and tell a story of how Gunner and Jaz find pure crystals, sneak off to check them out without telling their commander, then receive permission to mine them. Of course the aliens have to try and attack them and the adventure arises when Gunner and Jaz's ship, the MX-81 gets blasted by an alien laser. Great story, well loved in this house. Highly recommend!
