Perfect for storing bedding sets, pillows, and sweaters, this large-size under-the-bed storage tote can hold up to four times more clothing and bedding than conventional storage boxes and bins. The revolutionary new vacuum-seal storage system combines two components to achieve its effectiveness. The rectangular-shaped outer tote features sturdy, canvas-like material and closes with a metal zipper. A high-capacity storage bag on the inside provides an airtight, plastic zipper and a patented one-way valve. An ordinary home vacuum-cleaner hose can be used to remove air from the bag through the one-way valve. With the air removed from the inner bag, its contents will compress and therefore require a fraction of their normal storage space. The airtight seal also protects clothes and valuables against dirt, bugs, moisture, and odors. The outer tote can then be zipped shut to encase the inner bag. Other highlights include a large opening for simple loading and unloading, a see-through window, and a low profile, as well as secure straps in the bag and side handles on the outside of the bag to ensure easy lifting and convenient transport from place to place. Holding up to one bedding set and pillows, plus five to seven sweaters or jackets, the large storage tote measures 41 by 17-1/2 by 6 inches.

I have used space bags in the past and have found that they do their job well. This model has a nice design because it has a relatively small footprint, is stackable, and the plastic part is protected by the canvas exterior, which makes punctures less likely.
A big warning, however: do not overstuff these bags, as they will rip very easily. I was putting a large duvet in one a bit recklessly and the seam busted without a lot of resistance.

It really works! Dont expect the valve for the vacuum to fit, though. Despite that, you can still pull all of the excess air out, and condense your stuff.
There is, sadly, a limit to how far you can condense to (naturally!)!!

These bags saved my linen closet. I have 2 kingsize beds and 4 queens. Needless to say, the bedding was taking over the house. These bags easily handled comforter sets for both sizes. I put 1 size in a bag, comforter, shams, sheets and I could have doubled them up but for this price, I didn't need to.

Garbage
The plastic is paper thin and breaks very easy. The slightest pressure in the wrong way and you have a garbage bag. Read more

Every bag I bought (4) ripped and I was very careful. Buy the real space savers; these are cheap imitation and are not worth the price.
