If you like ridiculous songs about some of the strangest topics around then you NEED this CD. I can't get enough of the Space Ghost CDs. This CD is filled with pure nonsense and humorous ear candy.

I really enjoy Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and this CD is a bonus! My kids didn't know what to think about it at first, but now they love it as much as I do. If you are a Space Ghost fan, you MUST buy this CD. Let's just hope Space Ghost comes out officially on DVD! I'll be in line to buy one!

Every time I listen to this I flash back to the late 90's when I first bought it and listened to it many mornings driving to my job in Petoskey Mich. It cracked me up many mornings and made the drive to my menial retail job much more bearable. I find Surf and Turf much better than the first album. I never watched Space Ghost but I sure have good memories of this tape. Good stuff. Especially "Metalhead" which is just pure genius!

I've known Space Ghost and gang to be funny, but this is just too funny. Especially Brak, which is my personal favorite. I can listen to this CD for hours and still not get sick of it. My favorites are probably "Metalhead," "Bad Bug" and "Fight the Power Bands." But what can I say, I love em' all! The next chance I get, I am purchasing the other two Space Ghost albums!
I just hope they keep making more of these.

This album is hysterical. But I would agree that the earlier one, "Space Ghost's Musical Bar-B-Que" is better... but for those odd people like me who love strange humor... YOU MUST TRY: Brak

This is the best album of all! But hey, don't take my word on it... get all three! WARNING! This is not music for really little kids (unless you want them shouting "stupid head" and "stupid dummy" a lot).

I was so excited when I first saw this. I'd been a fan of Space Ghost for a long time and always wanted an album with their best songs and skits. Well, here it is! It's got the classic "Highway 40 Revisited," which is a sort of trademark for Brak, who is most peoples favorite member of this wacky trio. It also has the excellent "Scat Sandwich," which has a hilarious ending featuring a confused Zorak. It also has some very funny blues songs including the anti-blues "Cranberry Blues," which doesn't make any sense which is why it's so funny. This album appeals to so many. Young and old will love this, as younger ones will love the craziness and adults will love the references to things that only an older person would understand, such as "Sitnam," which has Zorak acting like a beatnik and saying weird, stream-of-conciousness lines. I've played this to many people of various ages and they've all loved it. This is truly an excellent album and it is just as good as its predecessor, "Space Ghost's Musical Bar-B-Que" which is also an amazing album. Buy this and you will want more.

This Cd is much better than the first one. This has funnier songs than Musical Bar-B-Que. My personal choices are Bad Bug,Metal Head, Fight the Power Bands, and Nasty.

This was the second album of songs and nonsense from the Space Ghost Coast to Coast TV show. If you've ever seen the show, you'll know what to expect. Silly, short songs and skits. If you've never seen the show, you're reaction to this CD will probably be, "What the heck IS this?". But if you are a fan of the show, you'll get a big kick out of it.

If you have a multi-disc changer in your car - add this to the mix on your next road trip and hit the "shuffle" button! you won't regret it. I threw it in the mix at a family gathering (yes I am an adult) and my mother couldn't stop laughing! Great Fun!

"Space Ghost's Surf and Turf" is a brilliant album and a MUST in any serious music collection. "Bad Bug," Zorak's take on The "Cops" theme song, and "Metalhead" are undeniably the BEST songs on the album! I LOVE Brak's constant, incoherent rambling in "Metalhead!!!" Every song on this CD needs to played daily. BUY THIS CD AND LIVE A HAPPIER LIFE!!!
