I bought this book as a gift for a friend who works for Lockheed, and was a little dissappointed that it seemed to be more of a 'kid's book' instead of the coffee table book I was hoping. Oh well.

We bought this book for our 4 year old son. It has enough amazing photographs to keep his interest and ours.

I didn't rate it 5 because I thought the pics were a bit dull. Its not really up to date so I prefer a 2010 publish one so... I Like it but didn't love it.

I remember watching the first shuttle launch when I was 7 years old and have followed the shuttle program since then. I wanted a book with great pictures and a basic story so I could pass along to my son. This book has all the great space shuttle and space pictures you could ask for.

The pictures and information in this book is exquisite and I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants some good pictures of the space shuttles. There are some really unique pictures and very vivid color. I bought this book as a gift and now I'm considering on buying another one for my own library.
