--Characters--
Vampire and first commander is well developed. Other characters are adequately developed. --Artwork-- Lots of pictures of vampires, making the vampires come more to life. --Story-- ENDINGS: # of memorable endings: 2 bad Very challenging - most of the endings were bad. One of the endings was so memorable, I still remembered it after not reading this book for over 20 years. CHOICES/PATHS: * Lots of paths, and most of them are long. CONS: For whatever reason, it's not as addictive as "Abominable Snowman" or "Underground Kingdom." This is the only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 stars. --Conclusion-- A very good gamebook, definitely worth a read - especially for one of the clever bad endings :) |
