We recently parted with a 15 year old Fridgidaire, for which we'd never had service. Must have been lucky. To join some already
well-performing GE appliances (refrigerator and convection oven), I chose this one because it came in white and matched our
existing stove. Apparently it is being discontinued in white, which is a shame because it's really a great microwave. Shipment was
prompt and safe. It arrived in perfect condition even though its journey was from the East Coast to California.

We had a small issue upon installation, and made an appointment online for the same day - a Saturday, no less - got a phone call
as the technician was en route, confirmed our availability, and were pleasantly greeted by a most knowledgeable fellow. The part
that was needed was ordered while he was here and arrived to our home a few days before his return visit. Who can ask for more?

I love using it. The sensor feature seems reliable and GE's customer service - wow! So I hope GE continues this model. It seems to
have all the features one could ask for in addition to a great company backing its performance.
