OK, see, I am a fan of Choose Your Own Adventures and other books like it that came out around the same time. So when I saw they had something like that for the Doctor, not related to the FASA books, I had to get it.
It isn't really a choose your own adventure as much as a choose your own story line. You truly decide what happens next, without the toss of a coin or the roll of a die. I've played it a dozen times and, so far, the plot is the same but sometimes the characters, and your pathway from start to finish, changes. OK for kids, and for Doctor Who fans, but that's about it. They do a good job with the character of the Tenth Doctor but Martha seems a tad off. |
