About the Actor

Gunter Brewer is the receivers coach at Oklahoma State University, a position he assumed in 2004. Before joining the Cowboys' staff, he spent four seasons (2000-'03) in the same position at the University of North Carolina, where he coached three receivers who rank among the top 20 pass catchers in Tar Heels' history. Prior to arriving at UNC, he was on the staff at Marshall University for four years. Among the Thundering Herds' receivers he coached during his tenure at Marshall was Randy Moss. A 1987 graduate of Wake Forest, where he was a 4-year letterman on the gridiron for the Demon Deacons and a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Brewer's coaching experience also includes stints at Mississippi, East Tennessee State, Northeast Community College (NE), and his alma mater.

Product Description

Spacing Routes reviews 5-step and 3-step routes that can space the defense out and give the underneath coverage fits. The DVD examines four such routes in depth, using game and practice footage. Each route is designed to get the ball out of a quarterback's hand quickly in order to slow down the pass rush. Among the topics covered: snag, spot, Green Bay, and 3s.
