I ran with Bob Fletcher back in the late eighties. He had already written the book and ran the 50 in 50 @ 50. Let me tell you, if I could rack up the sub three's for the 26.2 miler like Fletcher, I would be very proud.

In his book about Boston, "Boston was tough on many a young man", yea right, one of them was me and Fletcher sub threed it.

Great job, exellent true story.

This guy used to run road marathons barefooted or with Nike Aqua socks for awhile. One really tough and fun American.
