I ordered this poster and a soccer ball after the 2010 World Cup for a friend who is beyond nuts that his beloved Spanish soccer team FINALLY won (something he's been dreaming of for over 40 years!). The ball arrived; the poster didn't, despite UPS claims to the contrary. I sent a terse email (one line--"It never arrived") to that effect to the Poster Revolution and they IMMEDIATELY sent out another, without question or difficulty. My friend loves the poster and is going to frame and hang it in his living room due not only to the content, but also because of the quality of the print. And Poster Revolution has restored my faith that there are still companies out there who can not only make a quality product, but who also can and do provide hassel-free, extremely fast and exceptional quality customer service. My new favorite company!!!!
