We bought this back in March of 07-- I know that because my Amazon account history alerted me to the fact that I have already purchased this item, prompting me for this review. Now it's March of 08 and the net has completely disintegrated, it tore right off the hoop from just a few shots. I guess it got weak from winter weather. So be warned that this is not an all-weather item. But nonetheless I give it 3 stars because you can't beat the price-- you get what you pay for, which in this case is a one-year net.

Easy to put up and durable. What more can you ask for in a basketball net? Plus, it was very inexpensive.

Nice long net but not very thick and ball goes thru it too quickly. Probably better ones to be found.

I've had this net on an outdoor rim for about 6 months with no noticable wear and tear, so far.

Pros: Much less expensive than other nets, works fine, easily fits rim (no need to stretch) without looking like it's too short.
Cons: Much lighter weight (thinner) webbing than the original (which lasted about 11 years). I suspect it won't last as long, but I cannot say that after only a few weeks of use.
Overall: I would buy it again.

Exactly as described. It's a good quality material and will most likely last a very long time. Not much more to say.

I bought this a while ago. Works fine, has not fallen apart since I've put it up. It's been thru two summers and one winter - and it's still in working order.

The ball goes thru this flimsy net as if there was nothing there, poorly constructed too. Even at the low price it's a waste of money. I'll get another at local sports store so I can see what I'm getting.
