About the Author

Dr. Sam Slick is a professor of Spanish and former chairman of the Department of Foreign Languages at the University of Southern Mississippi. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Spanish from Illinois State University, and a Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Iowa, as well as diplomas from the Ibero-American University in Mexico City, and from the University of Madrid, Spain. He is a specialist in language acquisition.

This and one other are the 2 spanish books I know of for the Chiropractic office. I really like the other one; it is more detailed and comprehensive. However, this book while not as detailed is simple and to the point which is great if you speak very little spanish or none at all. The phrases are short and sweet and it is divided up and organized from start to finish through the office visit. I would recommend this book for anyone who would like to add their relative value as a chiropractor.
