Know Your Spanish Menu
The previous reviewer is quite right; this is not a recipe book. If, however, what you are looking for is an extensive guide to menu terminology and regional specialties, it's a great reference book. Seventy pages of it read like a dictionary for foodies. I'd say it's a must have if you are traveling, short on Spanish, and hungry!

Disappointing - A Total Failure
Somebody should warn the prospective buyer that this book is a condensation of terms. Basically a glorified glossary. I thought I was buying full recipes. The publisher and the hype stole my money. Don't buy this if you're on the look for good Spanish recipes.
