I have relied on and trusted Pepita Aris' excellent Spanish cookbook for many years and purchased this second-hand copy for my partner who is living overseas. It arrived promptly and I am told it is in as near to new condition as one could have hoped for a used item. Given the excellent price and condition of the used item I will consider buying second-hand books again.
All recipes you will want to make over again, are unusual and of a standard that would impress guests at a dinner party yet so easy you will also cook as a family meal on a quiet night. Directions are clear and accompanied by step by step photographs. This book has never disappointed. Several times our Christmas dinner has come from this book, not traditional but always wonderful.
