Recommended, but don't be misled
I agree with the other review that this is not entirely helpful for beginners with the language, however, I really did like this book and as a teacher I do use many of the reproducibles as supplemental material for my 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes. However, they are not "lesson plans" like the title claims. I think this book should have a different title so that...

Not exactly "basic"
If your students are just learning Spanish, this is not a very good book. The "basic" lessons are given first in English, but graduate to Spanish in just a few pages. This is awfully tough for first-time Spanish learners and not really worth the value. I also wouldn't really call them "lesson plans", as they are just worksheets, not a method of teaching or activity.

If your students are just learning Spanish, this is not a very good book. The "basic" lessons are given first in English, but graduate to Spanish in just a few pages. This is awfully tough for first-time Spanish learners and not really worth the value. I also wouldn't really call them "lesson plans", as they are just worksheets, not a method of teaching or activity.

I think this book should have a different title so that consumers are not misled into thinking they will be getting already made lesson plans or material entirely appropriate for beginning Spanish learners.
