The package arrived with two CDs and instructions on how to install the software. One CD is titled "principiante sin nocciones" which after researching the translation, means "beginner without experience". I've taken Spanish before and found that much of this material is too advanced for the new learner. Not enough of the basics are covered to give you a good foundation. This may be best suited for a person with a bilingual background seeking some limited, albeit expensive practice.

As for the second CD, you are given only one opportunity to make your choice of "levels". Based on the product description, I was expecting to choose one level, see how I do, then make my second choice "up or down". Unfortunately, the descriptions of the levels are too general in nature to make an informed choice. The "test" that is used to evaluate your knowledge did nothing to indicate which level should be chosen. The "guided mode" begins with spoken dialogue and ends with "key vocabulary". It appears that they have this backwards. Shouldn't you at least learn the words first so that you could understand what is being said? I contacted tech.support and received a "sorry for any inconvenience".

The high cost of this program is not justified by the limited amount of narrowly focused instruction that you receive. It was well worth "any inconvenience" when I gladly returned this lemon for a refund.

This company, in particularly their customer service is horrenous. After trying their 7 day free trial, I called the company during their normal business hours on a weekday and received their answering service saying that I called after their normal business hours. This occured for about two hours. After reaching someone, they agreed to return my money. It took them two weeks and 3 phone calls before they returned it. THEN, they billed me another installment the following month. I am still waiting to get that money back. GOOD LUCK, getting a hold of any technical support. These people are THEIVES!!!
