No radio format exists in the US that would play Pepe Deluxe outside of those left of the dial folks. Maybe. This is not background music or pretentious, artsy fluff or whiny, boring Emo crap. If you like artists who mix genres without making it sound forced, try Pepe Deluxe. They have the talent to create a unique sound and still include hooks. There's a surprise in every track. Beyond categorization.

The sonic skill of Pepe Deluxe, combined with some truly off-the-wall pop, makes "Spare Time Machine" an absolute stunner. I am not one for dadaist lyrics, so I have no idea whatsoever of what Pepe Deluxe are gassing on about about, but the incredible pop gifts the duo has, the craftsman's care they lavish on the incredible array of studio sounds they concoct from live instrumentation, makes this a steampunk classic.
The DJ revolution meets "Smile."
