Speak To Me, April 30, 2010
This review is from: Speak to Me! (Paperback)
This is a very powerful, well written book detailing the challenges and frustrations of raising a child who was born profoundly deaf. Even small things like teaching a child to ride a bike while you are standing behind, steadying him, or teaching the alphabet without the help of the little song most children use can be major hurdles.

Very Interesting, November 26, 2001
This review is from: Speak to Me! (Paperback)
This book was very interesting. I am in an ASL class for school and this book made me realize another world that I didn't fully understand. This book should be read by any ASL student, and any parent of deaf children.
