This book presents its material in such a straight-forward, usable manner that I decided to have all my employees read it. Because the book itself is like attending a seminar, everyone got to see how the ideas in it could be applied to their particular job. The result was a really improved attitude toward their jobs and toward my business, for which I am very grateful. Now we are all using these "Hubbard" principles to grow the business. The ideas in this book can be applied by anyone from the janitor to the CEO!

The information in this book is incrediable. It is very clearly written, and introduces you to a system of management that anyone can understand and apply. I have been able to take a one-person home-based business to a very successful 20-person business. The principles in this book enabled me to effectively organize my business so that I can get the maximum amount of production out of the minimum amount of resources. There are a lot of books and tapes avaialble on business know-how and management skills. A lot of it is interesting and it is easy to get lost in. What I liked about this book is that it introduces you to a system of administration and management that is nothing if not simple, immediately applicable, and soundly based on logic, common sense and evidently natural law. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This book really lays out a detailed plan to increase the potential of your business in an easy to read, fun format! You can read it cover to cover in one sitting. The aspect I liked best about this book was that each page deals only with one topic, so you don't become overwhelmed. I highly recommend this book to anyone who would like to increase their productivity

This book has been adopted as a basic staff orientation manual in the company I work for. It truly helps in gaining understanding the organizational structure and principles of doing business employed by this company. This has been helpful in gaining coordination among staff in the various departments. It iv most valuable for the staff to recognize that we each contribute products which add up to the whole company product

I've read dozens of business management books and for the most part, they are complex or give advice that can only be applied in very, very specific situations. "Speaking from Experience" contained tools that are applicable to virtually any size business and can be used by everyone on board. It's nice to see a book that can be USED and that will help businesses move up the line

I found this book to be a true gem of organizational wisdom. The book is filled with very clear illustrations that makes it an immediate useful tool for both business owner and employee. The basics of organization delivered in this book can be directly applied to any business or activity one is trying to organize. There is excellent tools on finance and solvency as well that makes this a well rounded text for any business owner. To anyone interested in starting a new activity or enhancing an existing one, or just getting a better understanding of how to organize and efficiently run a group, this is the book for you. You will learn to use and understand such incredible tools at 'The Scale of Administration', 'Management by Statistics' and contoling 'Developed Traffic'. 'Speaking from Experience' is a treasure chest of new perspectives on management for anyone to use. A definite key reference text for anyone's library that wants to succeed. I highly recommend it.

I found the principles presented in this book fundamental and the way they work together refreshingly real and applicable. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to grow a small or medium size business.
