2.0 out of 5 stars Know what you are getting October 13, 2012
By Robby
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I believe that the title of this work is more than a bit misleading. I anticipated a book with a more rhetorical slant. I was not interested in a style guide per se, but I had hoped that there would be more to the book than what it is. This boring, college-level explication of orthography is, for lack of a better term, an "etymological speller." If this is what you are looking for, by all means, have at it; however, I will look elsewhere.

2.0 out of 5 stars To old of consepts September 2, 2013

Once again the book is quite outdated. Many of the the teqniques may be acceptable amoung older generations but does not hold true with the current class of business people.
