I picked up one of these at a surplus shop and packed it to the gills with hand tools to keep myself occupied in Iraq. The bag (and all of the Spec Ops gear I've acquired) is VERY well built. The fabric is bomber, the stitching is strong and reinforced. It can swallow a large variety of gear, with a strong variety of pocket shapes.My one complaint is the layout of the pockets. The stacking of pockets into two opposing pyramids on opposite sides of the clam-shell design means you're trying to zipper two solid masses against each other. If the stuff you're putting in here isn't too bulky, this shouldn't be a problem. Good bag, would recommend it to a friend. |
