Water color books were a great thing but this one was over priced and poor quality. I guess it was too old. The paint didn't work great and was not vibrant. My daughter lost interest.

Brown and blue colors only. Colors covered only a small part of each page. This book was a great disappointment.

My 3 year old son loved this color with water book. He wanted to paint every page in the book the first time we did this. I had to ration the book over a few day period. The paint brush is a little too big (holds a little too much water.) So, you might want to use a smaller paint brush if you have one.

The pages in this water color book are coated with something "shinny" the water color paint "beads" and will not spread and will NOT stick properly. I DO NOT encourage any person to purchase this particular water color book.

My 3-year olds are not terribly demanding of their paint-with-water books, but even they lost interest in these books almost immediately, due to the extremely poor quality of the ink on the pages. Every single page, when water was applied, turned the same dull brown. This happened even when we used very little water, to avoid over saturation.

Got this for my 3yr old son & it really isn't the best water color book I've gotten. Not a lot of colors & just not one of the better ones out there.

I love this. I remember having these as a kid myself. They are not easy to find. They are great for youngsters. My two year old loves these types of paint books, not to hard. Fun, lots of colors. Clean up is easy. I put this one away until closer to Christmas, but can't wait to bring it out for my daughter.

This "paint with water" book doesn't have much "paint color" on the pages, especially considering the price. Also, the paint colors aren't very vibrant.

I've purchased the Fisher-Price Little People paint w/ water books before and LOVE them - bright paint colors and lots of "paint color" on each page.

I liked this paint with water but the brush that comes with it is way too big. If you want to mix all the colors together then it will work well but if you want to have the colors stay unmixed then you need to use a smaller brush. This brush would be ok for the real young children because of the big handle and they usually don't care if the colors mix but for the older kids a smaller brush would be best.

I wasn't too impressed with the pictures and the paint that is supposedly on each page. There isn't much on it, so everything ends up the same green/brown color. I have seen other paint with water books that have more paint on them and you can differentiate between the colors...and for less money than this one!
