I thought I was just getting a book of recipes, but what this book offers is so much more! Been researching cook books, etc. for gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. and found this one that is just phenomenal. It not only has recipes, it has a great instructional and information sections in the front--including info on other food allergies, several pages explaining popular foods, herbs (descriptions/uses), food substitutions/comparisons, food rotation and menu planning for those with digestive disorders, Websites that sell healthy, gluten- and dairy-free foods, and more. It's amazing and not that expensive. First saw it on the [...] site, but bought it from Amazon.com. Highly recommend it!
