This book is a keeper. Concise but comprehensive. Includes IDEA 2004 updates in the area of the law, 504 plans, due process, dealing with discipline, referral and evaluation process, managing funds and budgets, observing and evaluating staff, and much more. This book was written by former special education teachers and supervisors.
