I am a Pre-K teacher and have used this book when the Police K-9 unit has visited. The book is based on one dog's experience becoming and police dog. The text is easy for 5 year olds to understand and the pictures are well done. In addition, older kids will understand even more from the book. My kids enjoyed it so much they have already requested that I read it again! This book would be a good addition to any school or personal library.
