Curtis Knight is a senior Quality Assurance Analyst with Symantec (the company who makes ACT!), a technical writer, and a technical editor. Curtis' other computer industry experience includes MIS, technical support, and data recovery. Nancy Sparks is a former ACT! Product Support Analyst. She currently works at Symantec as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with Curtis. Nancy lives with her husband, Craig, in Oregon. In their spare time they work together as a technical writing and editing team.
