I am studying for the NCIDQ exam and I found this book very insightful. It is a great review of information I learned in school and in my experiences in the field. The book covers a wide range of information and is very concise!

The format and illustrations with accompanying descriptions make this a valuable addition to any construction professional's reference library. Put it close to hand, because you'll use it often

Pretty Good information. However, the book would have been much better if the photos they used were more current.

I bought this book because it was a required textbook for an interior design course. I find it informative and straightforward. The one I bought is hard cover. I think I would actually prefer paperback and I would prefer color photos over the black and white. This will be a good reference book. It goes into performance and safety characteristics of textiles, and gives a lot of information about how materials for building interiors are made- basic information that interior designers need to know.

The book looked new even though it was used. I was glad to know that the rating of the book actually did match the final product!
