The specimen cups are fine, it's just BP Medical I have to complain about. I wanted to get FedEx service overnight, but this was not an option when ordering, so I sent an e-mail to BP Medical asking if they could expedite the shipping. No response... So the next day I looked up their phone number and gave them a call. It was a cell phone, not an office phone, and nobody answered. So I left an urgent voicemail asking them to contact me immediately about my order. Still no response... Then I again sent them another e-mail asking for anyone to return my message about when I would get my shipment. By then I was ready to order from another company and pay more money just so I could know when I would get my shipment. Still no response, but the next day the package arrived. How hard is it to send a reply back on e-mail??

This item was purchased to keep tabs on the urinary health of an aged parent that is living at home with my wife and I. My wife is a retired medical technologist and is very familiar with the testing of various samples. This cup is just a collection container, and as such it does the job it is designed for quite well. It is sterile and a specimen that is collected is suitable for taking to a doctor's office/lab for follow-up testing if required. My mother (the aged parent) is presently being "treated" by Hospice and being able to just take a sample to the lab, instead of transporting her to the lab, is a much simpler task. There is nothing particularly great about this product... it just does the job that it is designed for.

I am diabetic and confined to a wheelchair. I need to give my doctor a urine sample each time I visit him. I starlized the cups myself and take my clean same to the office. This is far easier for me then trying to navigate the cramped doctors office bathroom. Sure am glad I can purchase these to use from home.
