I got this for a Valentines present from my GF and i love it!! It fit's my new MACBOOK(Late 09) perfectly and looks slick!! Feels great too!!

I love this case, is the best I've had in my life, it covers everything you need...I love my Macbook,if you want taking care of this beauty, the best way is this case....:).

Easy to put on, easy to take off. Protects my new Macbook from scratches and dust and makes it easy to carry around or put in a purse or bag with no worries.

It comes off easily, too, but might take two or three tries to get the hang of it.

It looks beautiful, is strong and doesn't add any real weight. I'm extremely happy with this case and highly recommend it. You can't go wrong.

The hard shell case is a good product but it adds much to the bulkiness of the macbook. The top section doesn't hug the plastic as tightly as I had expected, and it is thinner than expected making me feel an impact would still damage the screen on the opposite side. So besides the supposed protection of blunt contact, which the case still most likely won't save the computer from damage, I can't think of any thing it can protect from besides scratches. A liquid would still seep down into the many open holes left unprotected. If you're worried about scratches, just get a thin plastic cover. My only possible judgement is it adds bulkiness to the computer that you still have to be just as careful with in the end.

This is a great case for your Mac if you're like me and want to keep your computer looking new. I had only had my computer about 2 months when I saw little scratches showing up. I knew it was only a matter of time before it looked as if I had taken it to the beach and ground sand into it's lovely shiny exterior*. So to keep from committing such computer abuse, I sought out some protection. This case keeps my computer looking good...if I have the case on, it looks good...if I have the case off, it looks good because I've been protecting it with the case. It's a win-win. And in case anyone is staring at my computer asking themselves: "what kind of computer is that? I can't tell because there's an awesome case on it!" BAM. I turn the computer on and there's the little beacon of Mac-ness in the shape of an apple with a bite out of it.

*I don't recommend doing that.

This was exactly what I was looking for, and at a better price than straight off of the Speck website. I'm glad to have my MacBook better protected.

this product is gurrrrrrrreeaaaattttttttttt!!! i love this product but sometimes it may overheat cuz the cover is trappping all the hot air in the macbook :/

I purchased this case with the mindset that this was for the aluminum MacBook Pro but it was not. Thankfully I was able to resell this to friend thus I did not need to send this back to Amazon. I repurchased a red colored case for my MacBook Pro and I'm pretty satisfied with it. I'd like the case much more if the case was not so susceptible to attracting fingerprints and discolored marks.

I recently purchased this case along with a new macbook and i was thinking this would be a great product to help protect my investment it would help prevent scratches and what not.. Well was i wrong i put this case on my macbook and then took it off this was the hardest case to get off. But wait that's not all that was wrong with it i then noticed it took gouges out of the top part and the sides of a brand new computer..

doesn't fit older mac. that needs to be in description at top of product, not at the bottom of the page. sent back to amazon for that reason.
