THE RUBBERIZED CASE FITS VERY GOOD AND THE PHONE WITH CASE COMES OUT OF THE CLEAR PLASTIC BELT SWELVEL EASILY. I HAVE NOT DROPPED THE PHONE SINCE I PUT THIS CASE ON. THE PHONE CLOSES GOOD WITH THE CASE ON. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IF IT COUNTS IS YOU HAVE TO SLIDE THE TOP HALF OF THE CASE OFF TO TAKE PICTURES.

It certainly protects the unit from scratching, and it even offers a little shock protection. It gets loose when the phone opens, but not enough to fall off. It gets a little gray as it attracts lint and dust, and the end result is that the gorgeous appearance of the Razr that you bought for its looks in the first place is completely hidden.
