I think this case is well suited for protecting your iPod. It's not difficult to put your Nano in, though it is a little tougher to get it back out. Pushing from the top rather than trying to pull it from the bottom is easier since the case has some flex to it, but is snug fit for the iPod, as it should be.

I have no trouble using my charger, head phones or the hold switch while my iPod is in the case. My only qualm is the screen protector (removable) gets dirty quickly. When the back-light is on this is not a problem. The smudges/dirt only are problematic when trying to see the screen when the light is off.

I do not use the belt clip that was included (removable), but it seems sturdy.

I like the case and screen protector for their intended purpose and that is to protect my iPod, which they do very well.

Just ordered this item because I wanted a case with a CLIP to put on my shorts when running. This one advertised a clip and the picture shows one. This came with a hard plastic belt LOOP on the back instead. Does not match the picture exactly. This was not expensive, but if you want a case with a clip, keep on looking...

This product is very tight fitting and offers the protection needed against shock. I am very pleased with the case.

Fits the 3g perfectly. Comes with a plain back and a belt-clip back (single molded piece). The plastic is hard and I have to wonder if much pressure was put on the belt clip if it would just snap off the back too easily. One drawback to the perfect fit is that it's extremely difficult to snap closed if your iPod has a skin on it. After a bit of struggling I was able to get it closed and it appears to be secure but only time will tell. I'll keep mine clipped to my pocket with the iPod inside the pocket ;)

Product I received was not as described by the seller. Instead I recieved 3 plastic cases; there was no rubberized corners or screen protector like the description stated. I am not pleased at all with the product and feel like I wasted my money. Will not reccommend seller at all to friends or family!

I was looking for something that was slim but had the option to clip onto myself or slip into my pocket. This works. After reading reviews, I thought I had to slide my iPod into the case, but ends up the two plates separate and you can pop the back on/off to interchange it with the belt clip. Very nice. The screen protector works well, I can still manipulate menus with ease and the case doesn't interfere with headphones, charger etc.

This product was overall pretty nice. My only problem was that there was not any plastic over the screen. Therefore, NO SCREEN PROTECTION!!! They seller did include a plastic sleeve cover thing to put over the ipod, then you would Put the main plastic cover over the ipod. Another nice thing was that there are 3 different colored cases plus the clip that came with this product. GREAT DEAL TOO!!! Shipping was great, product came fast within a few days with the standard shipping option of 3-5 days!

I love this case because it is very protective and allows everyone to see the color of your Nano. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the bottom of the case wraps around a little too far, and I can't fit the headphone jack all the way into the iPod. This really messes up my reception for the iPod FM radio adapter. Everything else is great, though.

Awesome product by Speck. The most annoying thing about the case is actually getting the plastic insert that comes in it out, and then slipping your iPod in. However, once it is in, the iPod fits entirely snugly, and the ports are just as accessable as they would be without it.

Only a couple of negatives I can find. The click wheel is slightly tougher to use with the thick rubber around its edges, but it's really not that bad. Also, the screen protector creates sort of a "rainbow effect" around the edges of the screen, but that's extremely slight, and actually having your screen protected FAR outweighs this small drawback.

Other than that, I feel much better having my little iPod in such a tough case rather than leaving it extremely vulnerable.

It seems there is confusion about this product among the people who have written reviews. Some of the reviews indicate that the product the reviewer bought and received was a rubber cover/sleeve. This may be something to do with Amazon. This product is a HARD plastic cover/shell that fits the 3rd Gen IPod perfectly adding very little thickness to the body. It DOES come with a screen protector, but it's just a think plastic sheet that covers not only the screen, but also the wheel. I chose not to insert this piece since I thought it would make using the wheel difficult. One thing the description doesn't say is that the package contains THREE hard shell protectors. Colors may vary, but my package came with one clear shell, one clear purple shell, and one clear smokey grey shell. There was one back plate made from clear plastic that has a clip on it. The shell consists of two pieces that snap together. You can either use the flat back piece or the back piece that has the clip on it. I really like the way this product fits my iPod. I wish I had bought one as soon as I got my iPod. It sure would have kept it from getting the little scratches on its body from everyday use. Luckily, I haven't dropped it, but this product will probably pop open upon impact if it is dropped. This product is more like something you'd use to keep your iPod looking brand new. I hope this helps!
