I bought two of these for as presents for my boys as an accessory for their iPods. I felt like they needed a way to listen to music and audiobooks besides their earbuds as well as a way to charge their iPods besides a wall charger or the computer. The price is what got me to try this model and brand. The sound quality is amazing- clear, powerful- whether the volume is low or high. Both nano versions we have, 2nd and 3rd generations, fit easily onto the dock. The 2nd generation needs the adapter that is provided and the 3rd generation fills the slot without needing an adapter. We use them both with the provided AC adapter instead of using batteries. Small enough to fit into a tote, briefcase, or backpack and it comes with a pouch to keep it safe when transporting. Also comes with a slot cover to protect the dock from dust or harm when not in use or when transporting. The remote control is a nice touch.

I purchased this product for my husbands birthday. He is very picky when it comes to his electronics and I read a lot of reviews before I finally settled on this. So far he has loved it. When he first opened it and saw how small it was we were both a bit nervous. It was easily set up just plug in and use or put in the batteries. The sound quality is much better then we would have expected. You of course aren't going to rock the floors with the base but it is great for all kinds of uses. We take it camping, and to the office. It fills a large area with your music no problem. This product did not disappoint.

I really loved the docking station. Very easy to use. Comes with handy travel case and different attachments to work with all kinds of ipods. I use it outside by the pool all the time. You would be surprised how good and loud the sound quality is with this docking station. Highly recommend it!

Wow, I thought No Way was this little box going to put out enough sound for my intended use. Boy was I wrong. I teach Water Aerobics and needed it to fill the pool area with sound.....it does perform excellently. I recommend this iPod docking system for anyone for any use. IT is small, compact and has it's own carrying case. The only down side is whoever designed the carrying case forgot to leave room for the power cord. I have to use two bags to get it to work everyday - not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to carry it in one case. Great sound from my new little boom box and I have a Bose to compare it to.

This little unit is everything that the 5 star reviews say that it is. It's even smaller then I thought. Even after reading the reviews but it is by far the best sounding unit under $150 that I have found. And I bought 3 others for kids last Christmas. This one blows all of those units away and cost less. I would have given it an overall 5 stars if you could charge your iPod while using it. Too bad they didn't throw in this feature then I would use it all the time rather then just take it to the beach!

Don't let the size of this little ipod dock scare you away....for its size this thing has amazing sound!!!! Very easy to work and transport around with you....totally recommend it!!!

Unit has good quality and sound for its size, but unfortunately does not work with all ipods. Bought it for my daughter's 8gb nano, and it will not charge the ipod and drains the the battery very quickly. Also, remote does not work with the newer nano. Tried it with my 80gb classic and it works fine, but the advertising detail on amazon does not agree with the fine print that arrived with the unit. Awaiting refund after a disappointing Christmas morning for my daughter.

This little Jensen iPod docking station has great sound for such a small device. I recommend to anyone seeking a small docking station to buy this unit.

I ordered this player because of the reviews I saw on here. It's VERY small-which is good if you're going to be traveling around with it, I suppose. The sound quality wasn't too bad...at normal volumes (not too loud) it was pretty nice sounding. However, DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE AN iPHONE! It is NOT iPhone compatible. It's not like the claimed it was, so I wasn't very upset. If you use an iPhone the static is unbearable. I ended up regifting it instead of returning it and my sister (who has a nano) likes it for her dorm. Hope this helps!
