I purchased this part at my local Hot Rod shop with hope of finally getting my kickdown cable connected to my Edelbrock carb. Unfortunately, the flange with the hole that mounts to the carb stud was too shallow. It would not clear the carb base. If the flange was deeper the mounting hole could have been slotted to allow the proper fit. Alas, it's going back to the store for a refund.The price here on Amazon is $10 less than what I paid locally here in D/FW. Hope this is helpful to others interested in the part.
