This fruit basket is great. I used to have a taller one; however, in the new house I just moved into, my old one would not fit under the cabinets due to its height. This scroll fruit basket does, it's not as tall. It arrived in just 1 day, came carefully packaged, and because of the scroll design, no fruit rolls out onto the counter. I'd highly recommend it!

I bought this because I needed a mug tree. I ended up with this one: Spectrum 44710 Scroll Mug Holder, Black
but while I was buying that I thought to myself, "self, you could use a paper towel holder too." I had been meaning to get one since we moved into our new house. So I picked out one that matched the mug tree: Spectrum Black Scroll Paper Towel Holder

Then I saw this suggested with that same purchase of the paper towel holder and said to myself, "Self", I said, "Your bananas always go funky on one side before you can eat them", and the fruit bowl we got for a wedding gift broke and I glued it back together (badly). So I ordered this and my bananas do stay fresher longer. They no longer get funky brown bottom. Also my husband keeps filling it with apples and oranges, and I grab them on the way out the door to work. So I eat a lot more fruit after buying this. I don't have a problem with fruit, I just never remembered it was there until I had this. Of course in the process of ordering this I also got a new scroll spice rack Spectrum Wall-Mountable Black Scroll Spice Rack, and scroll utensil holder Spectrum 55810 Scroll Grande Utensil Holder, Black. Curse my obsession with matching things. Of course, the only item I already had was a utensil holder, so it is not like I bought a bunch of stuff I already owned, just new matching stuff that I needed...just not at that moment.

Either way. I am rambling. This is a good fruit tree/bowl. It seems very sturdy, I liked that it is not solid, so we can keep air circulating around the fruit, and if something goes bad we will know about it before it goes really funky. It is a very cute design for our kitchen. And the company makes quite a few matching pieces. If you need a new fruit tree (or mug tree, or paper towel holder, or spice rack, or napkin holder, or etc.) then I would certainly recommend this.

Looks great on the counter and holds a lot of fruit what more could you want!? Love that it has a banana holder that is securely attached to the fruit bowl. It is durable and can easily hold 5-6 bananas and 10-15 apples, oranges, pears, etc in the basket. Love it, wish I would have gotten it sooner!!!

If only I ate more bananas! It is a sleek design that sits well on our pass-through, and is often filled with fruit (but more often crackers). Very good product.

This is great!! Gives me a lot of room for all the fruit we have. The hook allows the banana's to last longer and I can put a lot on it (I just put 10 banana's on it). Also, the basket has a lot of room for fruit as well. Great item.

This is a beautiful piece, lovely with the set and much larger than I expected. The bowl holds two bags of fruit easily which was a pleasant surprise, I highly recommend it.

I first bought one of these phenomenal fruit bowls. I was amazed at how much room there was for fruit and my favorite - the banana holder. I totally loved mine and encourage you to ti the same!

This thing was bigger than we anticipated, but that's our bad, and not really "bad" at all. It simply didn't fit where we'd wanted it to fit. The only complaint is as stated in the title: if you hang a bunch of bananas but leave the bowl empty, the "tree" is very unstable and easy tipped backward. Maybe we could bend the arm a little more over the bowl to even up the balance, but maybe we'll just get some additional fruit as a counter balance. Unfortunately it's mid-winter and fruit just isn't peak this time of year. The wife likes it. It matches some other kitchen items we've bought here at Amazon.

We bought this last month and it looks wonderful on our kitchen island! It was a great price and it holds 8 apples and 4 oranges with room to spare.

I just received this item two weeks ago and it looks charming on my granite countertop.
It looks good and gets the job done, couldnt ask for more.
