Quite simply a wonderful flax seed oil. One is often drawn to the product with the most reviews, but I have known the reputation of Spectrum products and for me a filtered oil I use for my daily needs was very important when deciding on a brand due to my auto-immune condition. I like the proportion of Omega-3s in this product. Flax seed oil is best used within two months of opening and I always keep it refrigerated. I have purchased smaller containers in the past from Whole Foods - this seemed like a frugal option. Very happy with the product which was sent with protection from the heat and it arrived promptly because of storage requirements.

During my supplement search I came accross this brand and I am very happy with it.
Organic makes a difference when it comes to supplements, at least thats what I think :-)

This product is great for weight loss. I workout daily and was losing about a lb a day/ I started using this product for good fat daily intake and started seeing the weight melt away!! It's a little pricey here but definitely a great product!!

The Flaxseed Oil needs to be refrigerated. They shipped it with a cold pack, but by the time it got to me, the cold pack was hot. Amazon has great prices for this item, but I would recommend that you order this during the colder months. NOT during the summer, like I did.

It is an excellent product.
