The Speech Language Pathologist
Well crafted introduction to professional avenues of the SLP profession and corresponding ASHA standards. Intended to answer specific questions about the profession and not disorders. A very good primer for anyone interested in breaking into the field. Not presented as dry material and is very clear and concise.

Not useful
I bought this book for a class, and never even opened it. If you want to be an SLP, this book will not help you much. Buy a real textbook, with specific disorder-related information, and you will be better off.
