Duel color red/white 44 ft speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag, two integrated attached cinch straps to keep your ladder 100% tangle free, and a get you started speed drills DVD. The ladders can be used as two separate 22 foot ladders or you can lay them down back to back creating one long speed drill line (can be connect with integrated cinch strap). It can also be used for double drills by laying the ladders down side by side. Side rails are black polypro webbing. The rungs are flat (no ankle rollover), they are adjustable but will not move our of place during use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. It has rubber ends on each rung which helps the ladder to not slide. Mind body training are some of the latest techniques used today. Duel color speed ladders allow you to use command reaction training. Here is how it works: Start a speed drill at the 1st color. Instruct the athlete to switch to a different speed drill when they get to the 2nd color. Do not slow down when switching to the new drill. The 2nd technique is to call out a new drill right when the user gets to the second color. They should not slow down when switching drills. Training the mind & body to react quickly is vital training for today's athletes. The DVD shows 2 college athletes demonstrating 20 Speed drills. DVD was produced by the college athletes. This is not a commercial video however it does a nice job showing you 20 of the drills they do in their training. This DVD is a free bonus. This ladder is not as heavy duty as a NFL TEAMS ladder would be. A 44 foot ladder like theirs would cost $140 and up. Nice and long and I like how you can make it one really long ladder or split it up in two. Lays flat for the most part.

The product arrived on time (always a plus) and in perfect condition. The ladder is sturdy and durable. This is of the quality used by my son's high school football team and they are serious about their training. Their equipment has to be tough to handle the type of use and abuse it is put through. This ladder is able to take that type of use. I chose the ladder with the white rungs because from the photos the one with blue rungs looked like it might be harder to see when extended on a lawn. The ladder has straps to secure it in a collapsed position and a bag large enough for both. Note this is not 1 44ft ladder but 2 22ft ladders. My son prefers this noting it gives him more flexibility when using it. We have no negative comments about the ladder.

The ladder came ahead of schedule and in good condition. It's longer than most, even than more expensive ladders and the design was intelligent with staps to secure the ladder once folded up so that it doesn't unravel and get tangled. As in the pic, the rungs are flat which is nice because you're less likely to accidentally kick the ladder and have to repoisiton it between drills.

The only negative, is that upon opening it there is a sheet of paper explaining that the DVD is not intended to be professional quality, basically preparing you for the worst. That said I haven't actually watched it (I'm very familiar with how to use the ladders and could care less about it's contents or quality), and can't imagine it could be all that bad. Just thought I'd mention it for new users.
