I had an old speedbag and I was living in an apartment and put the speedbag inside of a closet. It made noise through the entire building when I would hit it, so I would play music loud while I trained. My ten year old daughter learned to hit the speedbag and she would keep it going for ten minutes the same unbroken rythm. I taught her five techniques to defend herself using the hand rythm. She was getting picked on in school one day and - her hands knew how to hit back. She unwound on them hammerfisting and palmstriking their little faces. The little girls that were bullying her decided it wasn't much fun to bother her anymore after that. The speedbag videos are rated six stars. Train hard and have fun! Guro Dennis Servaes
