I bought the one in the picture but they send a yellow color. That's ok, actually it was yellow what I wanted. This is an incredible fast boat and goes a long long distance. Battery last between 20 to 30 minutes, that's a con with this boat. I might buy an extended life battery if I cand find one or one more for more time of fun. Great toy for teen and adults! Love it!

I bought this boat (2 actually) from Hobbytron for my husband's birthday. He loves the boat--just wishes I had purchased it from someone other than Hobbytron. They have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. The boats were supposed to ship in 3-5 days but took 2 weeks so he didn't get it on his birthday. They called stating they had not charged enough shipping so it cost over $27 to ship instead of the $12.65 shown on their online order form, though they approved my order instructions for separate frequencies, I have 2 boats with the same 27 MHz frequency which they refuse to correct. They were extremely difficult to reach by phone or e-mail and their customer service manager was extremely rude. I will never buy anything from Hobbytron again. RC Speed X Cyclone RTR Electric Boat

Do not order from Hobby Tron. They have absolutely no customer service (you can wait on hold for over 30 minutes and still no one answers; no answered emails either). We ordered two RC boats. We used them gently and they broke within one day. We have been calling and writing and waiting. No one has responded.

Got this boat as a gift, and it works great. It is a fun little rc boat, and has a fishing pole feature. The battery life doesn't last very long, but overall its worth it.

This is a very nice RC Speed Boat. My son and I love this Boat. It is very durable and also a great addition to our collections.

Fun little boat for a short while. Was running it on a river by my house when the left motor quit. Was able to circle it to shore and recover it on the opposite side. Checked all connections, none loose, finally got the left motor running again. Out one more time out and the left motor quit again. Bye, Bye Boat.
The vector push design has no controlable rudder, no reverse. Cheap design for a cheap boat. I got less than what I paid for, which fortunately, wasn't much.
I think all the NDQ el-cheapo boats are probably the same.

Works well, for as long as it runs; fast, fun, but with a maximum battery life of between 7 and 10 minutes this is WAY overpriced. And, the company doesn't even provide an easy Amazon solution for getting correct extra batteries. Sad. We enjoyed the 7 - 10 minutes, but the fun ends with a very bitter after-taste.

I purchased an item silimar to this one (the EP Racing 28 Remote Control Boat) as a Christmas gift for my husband. Well, lakes are frozen in the winter, so we could not try it. We opened the box in January to find that it was BROKEN. I called the company and they would do NOTHING. The return-by date had passed, and they would do nothing to help. It may be a nice product while working, but I am now out $60, own a broken remote control boat, and will NEVER buy anything from HobbyTron again. Be cautious if you do!
