This game would probably be great for people who live to play games online but to the ones who just love video games and can't go online do not buy this game. 90% of the options are only available if playing online. You can't do circuit races you can only race one track at a time and can't customize your cars unless your online.

If you have played the first one and you hope to get the same out of this one ... dream on. Because of the on-line capabilty they had to change the handling. Which pardon my French: ... now! It is nowhere close to the great handling in the first game and the championship is only an option if you play it online. All in all I'm very dissapointed with it. Unless you are a hardcore on-line player and can't live without the net capability I would not recommend the game for you!

This game is awesome! you'll definetly get hooked if you play this game while online. The only problem is you might have a box come up with a bad message. You can't play anymore unless you contact gameloft.com! This happens rarely. Just enjoy the game!

I love a great racing game. Speed Devil Online is a Sega Dreamcast classic online game. I remeber playing this game back in July 6,2002 with my brother. This is very fast but it not the fastest game on Dreamcast. This game is only good if you have online for dreamcast.They should of have more cars in this game. The fisrt game was more better. This game is hard to master. I love to battle people online. They need to make Speed Devil 2005. Daytona U.S.A. is more better then this game. The online for this game is slow. I hate when someone turn the game off when they online. The game will freeze up when you turn it off wire online.

I originally bought speed devils when it first came out(probably cause there was a lack of good racers for the DC) and a friend and i became painfully addicted to it. We spent days upon days wasting our lives in front of the TV playin it. So, when i saw they had revamped it for online i was a little curious. By the way, im not the kind of person to buy games unless im pretty sure about them. So, after i played SDOR, i fell in love all over again. I have lost a job as well as a girlfriend to this thing. SO DONT BUY IT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY SORT OF PERSONAL LIFE! Really, im serious. It plays so well and looks beautiful. Not to mention the online play is darn near flawless. You will get hooked! So be warned!

Speed devils 2 is not as good as the original one, and theoriginal one is only ...! It is not as good because it does not have the car garage and people constantly challenging you like they are on the original one.

Sometimes I just want to play offline against my kid but I can't do it with this game - can only play multiplayer online. Otherwise a fun game...
