I ran across this band from a Bad Religion Process of Belief review / cross post here at amazon.... This band is for real. It reminds me of a time when BR came out with no control and NoFx was putting out White trash and it seemed like all your favorite bands next album was going to better than the last one they put out. This is a band that plays local clubs, doesn't really tour yet, so it comes through in the music. If you think you might like unpretentious music with a BR/Descendents feel, check this out.

In a time where punk music is starting to get slow and trendy, this cd is a breath of fresh air. I just heard Millencolin's Home From Home and it made me want to vomit. I died...but this cd brought me back to life. And, i have never heard a punk band with such talent! I know that punk music isn't the most talented, but this band is! They are amazing!

If your looking for hard blazing fast and technical puck this is the album for you. If your looking for Good Charlotte music stay far from this album and do not call yourself punk. The cd is great and their even better live! If you don't like the album you wouldn't know punk if it slapped you in the face then. Oh and what's so bad about Pennywise??? Is it cause their one of the best punk bands?? Go listen to Kelly Osbourne!!

if for one minute you think this is boring then i honestly believe you dont like punk rock at all,this album is top quality from beginning to end.....

There wasnt any sound clips here so I went to cigartheband.com and listened. This review (from the website) says it best:

so about what like 3 years ago the going nowhere fast cd came out. i heard a clip on some web site i was frequenitng at the time. i really liked it. little did i kno that this band was a side project, or any of that. i played the cd for some friends, they hated it then, now, they love the band. so while it may not be your thing right away, listn to it about 5 times and it'sll really grow on you, or get it from a friend to try out. i swear you'll geet hooked. if you take a closeer look at they're lyrics, you'll find some really unique hidden meanings in there, or lyrics that are just really insiteful. it's not normal punk, it's punk with meaning?

This album is probablly my favorite album EVER! With a song about someone stealing your laundry basket.. how could you go wrong! Everyone who likes punk should buy this cause Cigar is the best.....

If you dont like this cd its because you have no taste or your gay...these guys can play better than any of those weak blink wanna b's. Also they play fast, the faster the better, gets the toes tapping(something you can dance to)this band is awsome!

Theologian stopped pressing this cd...

I'm just another kid in this cruel world looking for a little bit of pleasure. Cigar is that. Being a 3 piece band it makes you wonder if they have super powers that enable them to play lightning fast. Yeah it sounds funny but they possess great talent and deserve to heard.
