I ordered this item on December 2nd and waited until December 18th to contact the company and see where my package was. After I contacted them they informed me they would look and get back to me asap. THREE DAYS LATER I have to re-contact them to see where my package is. They send me a message back informing me they can't find it and that they will have to credit me back. Worst shipping experience ever!!!!
