My son wanted a rc boat that was fast and could go 30mph+. I rand the boat on calm water close to the shore and with charged batteries. It barely went 10mph. My son is very disappointed, but he does like the durability and looks of it. It can handle ruff water with ease. I may see if there is a way to upgrade the engines. I would be happy if I could get it close to 20mph.

I bought this boat to replace another one that had broken. It worked fine, however it did not come close to reaching 30 miles an hour, and the battery lasted about 10 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. If you are going to buy this boat, I reccomend having the battery re-built at a battery store. I had them rebuild it using NiMh cells and afterwards, the boat ran for about 30 minutes instead of 10. (however, I beleive this voids the warranty)
After about a month, one of the motors started working intermediatly, and now one motor works and the other one is busted, so the boat just goes in circles. After all the work I have put in to this thing, I'm starting to realize I should have bought something nicer. I'm either going to replace the motor, or give it a viking funeral in my swimming pool.

I have tried to contact this vendor by e-mail to tell him that this product is faulty and not working, but they have not replied to me. I need to have it replaced.

I purchased this for the lake at the back of my house, I took it out a few times it worked good but then it just runs slow as a turtle not worth your money, just go to a hobby shop and buy one from there it would most likely be worth your money or buy one thats nice off Amazon.

I love Amazon but this was purchased for me by my parents for x-mas. It claims this boat does 30+ mph. On its best day it is physically impossible for it to go above 5 mph. This company falsely advertises its products, charges a 25% restocking fee and doesn't pay to have it shippedback( which cost me $16.00) and keeps on selling the same old b.s. I don't know why these guys are part of amazons sellers because they should be closed down and investigated. I'm really considering shipping myself back to them and giving them a 25% ass kicking. I can't say enough bad stuff about this company and their illegal advertising. I hope people take the time to actually read mine and others reviews of this company befor making a purchase because it will save them a lot of disappointment and trouble. This company needs to be shut down!

i am very pleased with this boat it has speed and handels great even in ruff water and smooth, it came with a 1800 battery i up graded to a 4200 which it last longer and gave the boat more speed, over all im really having fun.

I bought this boat because the description stated it ran 25-30 mph. It would barely do 4-5 mph. Don't be fooled. This is closer to a boat anchor than a boat. And don't buy from The Natural Health Shoppe. They told me I couldn't exchage it because it had been more than 15 days since I received it. What a ripoff!

this boat is junk it takes on water you can not drive the thing it is junk i would not buy it

this boat goes 55 mph in the water.I took it out for the fist time. It ran geat! it is the right price.I
hade it for 5 years and it sill runs great!
