Very comfortable. Great quality. I am thin, 5'7" female, experienced swimmer, I ordered the junior size and its perfect for me.

I'm just getting back in the pool after a decade (or more) of not training at all. Uphill battle, to be sure. This pull buoy is perfect, and it's helping me re-train my upper body to swim properly. It's exceedingly comfortable (much more comfortable than the styrofoam barbells that I was using as pull buoys before this one arrived in the mail), and it provides the right amount of flotation. Get one; you won't regret it.

Much more comfortable than the buoys held together by rope. It doesn't contour to your thighs like rope buoys, so some people may have issues with not one size fitting all. If you're serious about your upper body workout in the pool then a pull buoy is a must. As a former competitive swimmer I can attest to the fact that a pull buoy is an essential tool for training.

For pulling this buoy works great. The shape and material is slightly different than the buoy I had been using, but I definitely prefer this one.

Speedo's pull buoy is the standard for competitive swimmers. Speedo has been the major swimming accessories manufacturer for decades, and their pull buoy is state of the art. I recall using the styrofoam barbell style pull buoys years (and years) ago, and this pull buoy is light years ahead in design and funtionality. It has just the right floatation to keep one's hips in a streamlined position. It does not have any sharp edges to irritate the thighs (as the older style did). It is small enough to fit inside a swim bag, and it is durable and will last virtually forever. It is also affordable. It comes in various colors as well.

My 13 yr. old competitive swimmer grandson on Maui loves his new buoy...he says the ones at the pool are not as good, he can't wait to train with this one. He's been in States competition competing in the 1650 (1 mile) Free, won 3rd in the State of Hawai'i in his age class, first time competing in the mile, can't wait to see his upper-body improvement from using this buoy.

I'm 6'5" and most of my height is in my legs. This float
is almost perfect for the pulling phase of my workout.
It was great to find it on Amazon.

This Buoy matches my board perfectly and is great. I Love the colours and it works wonderfully.. allows you to exercise your upper body. Built really well like all speedo products! A must for the pro swimmer!

I've been swimming for over fifteen years, and it's still relaxing to put a buoy between my knees and just focus on my pull form. This is comfortable, cute, and it does what I want it to. A note for small swimmers: this is more buoyant than others I've used, so if your bodyweight is low (probably 130 or less), you might want to find a smaller one.

As expected from Speedo..well made and comfortable. Wish it was equi-balanced so easy to discern which end goes towards the appropriate direction when glasses are not handy.
