Like another poster in here, I bought a pair of Speedo slides before. They were great and lasted several years. I bought this pair based on my previous experience. The shoes were comfortable, BUT, both shoes broke in about a year. They did not last anywhere near as long as the first pair. So, I will try another brand. Sorry SPEEDO! You should have stayed with your original material/process.

These are not water proof. I used them indoors as shower shoes to go to/from a communal bathroom in a barracks. After 3-months noticed water was collecting between top and bottom pieces. In less than 2 more weeks they stared completely separating top from bottom.

Good quality and light weight. I bought one size larger than my foot size and it was still small. Two sizes would have been perfect.
Update after 3 months of use at the pool. Inserts became unglued and fell apart.

My husband wore these when using a temporary shower during a renovation of our house. They held up well, dried well, no problem with care, and since he only used them in the shower, they did the job. He would have continued to use them for walking around the house, but the indentations on the sole make them very uncomfortable for walking more than the small amount you'd do in a bathroom. Perhaps eventually, with wear, they soften.

I bought this item for use at the swiming pool and to take them to the beach, but with few days of use, its parts began to separate, probably due to the interaction between sand and humidity. Obviously, the product does not demonstrate the necessary quality for their intended use.

If you need sandals that are 100% waterproof and 100% sand proof than these are the sandals for you. I use these sandals to go to and from the pool and to and from the beach. They do the job of keeping your feet from burning on the hot sand and can be rinsed off with no problems.

These were exactly what I was looking for in an easy-on velcro adjustable pool shoe until it curled up and became unusuable once the weather got hot. See my customer submitted photos. One month warranty/return policy left me with no recourse. (Perhaps good ole Amazon will come through despite the small print. If so, I'll update you.) In the meantime, go elsewhere for a happy feet pool shoe solution.

UPDATE: 24 hours later: Since the manufacturer warranty was out of date and since I bought them from Amazon, I mentioned this saga to Amazon. It's one day later, and new ones are on my front porch. Beat that Nordstrom! Wow. (That's why I bought 4 TV's from Amazon last year after a house fire. Great All-American customer service!) P.S. I'll consider the replacements "Indoor Pool Shoes."

Purchased these shoes for my husband to use as shower shoes, but they didn't work...kept slipping around in the shower...had to return!

I use these everyday for almost everything! I walk the lawn, I go to the store, I use them at home, I have even spread lawn fertilizer with them on hilly terrain (LOL!) and THEY ARE GREAT, COMFORTABLE AND DURABLE! I love this particular style because you can adjust the width easily, so no matter how wide your feet are, you can adjust them to fit you perfectly and comfortably. HIGHLY recommended!

Based on my positive experience, I bought this pair when they were on sale in a local store. Shoes were very comfortable to wear. However, both shoes broke in less than a year. Now I am searching for another pair:-)
