Speedo Men's Solid Jammer Bathing Suit

I got tired of the drag of traditional bathing suit during lap swim, so purchased this tighter fitting suit. Not a fan of the 'speedo look' so this long legged version was a good compromise.

As other reviewers have mentioned the suit sizes small. Size 30 waist jeans are a little loose on me so I ordered a 30 waist trunk. When I got the suit it was tight in the waist and in the bottom of the legs (hoping the elastic there will loosen a little with time). If I were to order again, would go for one size above my jeans waist size.

This is my favorite for lap swims. Reasonable modesty, but not baggy. You'll move through the water with ease with minimum suit slippage. If you are not looking for a tan, get this one!

i got another pair a size larger. they were still tighter than i thought they would be . these are lined so you feel very comfortable in the water, and they are thicker than they look i wear them to the gym.

I bought this jammer for my college club swim team. It is very comfortable, I wear a size 34, and I went with the 36, which fit fine. I have nothing bad to say about this jammer, although it does have some fraying on the thighs from use, but this isn't a big deal. I've had the jammer for about 2 months so far, and I'm much faster in it than I am in just a regular swim suit. Just make sure you rinse the jammer after swimming so it doesn't deteriorate from the chlorine.

*UPDATE*
I've had this jammer for about 3 months now and it's started to deteriorate. The are around the butt has become white and frizzy on the inside and out. This isn't a big deal, it just looks kind of funky.

I wear a size 34 without a belt and the size 36 jammer fits just right. They have a drawstring for tightening the waist if needed. Will buy again.

I normally wear a size 32 in pants, and after reading other reviews on Amazon I order these in a size 34. Originally they fit great and were not too tight. However, I've noticed that that material has loosened up quite a bit in the last few weeks and is now a little loose. I purchased the same thing at a store in town on sale, but this time in size 32. It was tight the first time I put it on, but has since loosened up some and is now very comfortable and the fit is much better then the 34.

The size is a bit smaller than you would expect, so order up one size. Other than that, this is a great suit with good workmanship and quality material. Cheap suits will degrade in chlorine in a few months, but this one lasts. So far it has gone six months without any sign of deterioration. That is swimming three to four times per week.

Not sure what the problem was, but this suit was about 4 sizes too small. We buy this size suit often for both my kids so I know the size was correct from my end. Other than the size, the suit looked nice. Good stitching and good quality fabric.

Sized properly, higher top than some, which I like. My only misgiving is that the previous suit of this type that I had lost its form after a shorter time than seemed appropriate.

The quality of the product is good..

i would always order a
1 or 2 waist sizes larger than regular pants size !!
