My head is 23 inches in circumference. This cap in XL was too small. I get a headache just thinking about it. If it would have fit, I would have kept it.

I prefer this material over the normal silicon caps, they are easier to wear, the material won't stick to your hair but one very important thing is that you buy the proper size because they are quite small and they can go off if it is not perfect fit

I bought this cap after buying another all silicone Speedo cap.
This one comes in sizes unlike the all silicone, and is much easier on the head and ears.
The material feels very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
