This product is OK, I had a problem with the rubber band because in the first time that I used it it broke. any way I bought the new style of paddle and work great. I suggest to buy the new style of paddle, the ergonomic one.

These are great as hand paddles, since they last amazingly long, but be prepared, the rubber tubing is tight and needs to be moved to fit your hand. Once the paddle fits, it corrects your stroke as well as gives more resistance to your arms and shoulders...and as a bonus you move faster.
