I love this book.Johnny has updated palmistry in this very easy to understand book.Taking you step by step trough all the aspects of hand reading, Including health and how to heal what troubles you in your life. Full of exercises to do at the end of each chapter really makes you feel that you are picking it up. It illustrations are fantastic and clear taken from real prints so that you can really understand what you are looking for. Other books have at times left me feeling a bit bewildered, so much to remember and put together. But Johnnys book is not like that at all, very accurate and straightforward, I would recomend this book to anyone that has an interest in Palmistry. Hopfully there will be more to come and I will be the 1st in the queue to purchase it.... It's a must read.

I have his other book, the one about going from newbie to pro in 24 hours and BOTH are great hand reading books. I have really enjoyed BOTH. This one has more hand prints and is a great bookend for the other book. If you are going to get one or the other get this one. I found it more concise and did not have as many anecdotes, which was fine by me.
GREAT illustrations and I enjoyed his writing style.

I really enjoyed this book. I though it was going to be full of old traditional gypsy fortune telling stuff, but it wasn't. Its got lots of scientific research in it that back up palmistry. There are exercises to do at the end of each chapter so you learn the process properly. Also there's a chapter on developing your intuition. Intuitive or not, you'd learn how to give a palmistry reading to professional level with this book. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

very good, clear and logical,

Very ordered which makes it easier to memorize. I think it is a brilliant book but the problem with palmistry generally, is that there are so many differing interpretations of particular markings on the hand (one needs to read many books in order to form their own judgements). However, it is definitely one of the best palmistry I have read.

A palmistry learning manual,

This is an interesting book. It makes a brave attempt to make palmistry much easier to learn, with great success. The key areas of the palm, the print patterns and the lines are broken down. The author says the palmist is like a detective, sifting through details to build a picture of the individual.
You get the feeling the author really loves his art and is keen that you should love it and take it seriously as he does. After just a couple of hours with this book I staggered my girlfreind with a quick reading, and this was only after reading through the first two chapters! I'd recommend it to anyone interested in palmistry. The key to getting the most out of this book is to take it slowly, chapter by chapter and not rush. I've read around twelve palmistry books and I'd say this is the best one so far.

This book impressed me right away with some of the subtle insights to skin analysis and how to read a palm. I am only half way through the book and I think it is probably the best one I have ever read. It has been very helpful.

Spellbinding is a very good read; funny at times but mostly serious. The author shines light on topics such as the Palmist as professional, and the need to vary your communication style based on the person setting in front of you.
This would be an excellent book to add to your palmistry collection.

Johnny Fincham's two palmistry books are the best I have ever read. The section on fingerprints, in particular, offers an in-depth look into a person's soul and worldview. Johnny's books provide the best therapy anyone could possible need.

A New Palmistry,

I became interested in palmistry as a child through things that my grandmother told me. Over subsequent years I read everything I could find on the subject. Most of the books were of almost no practical use. They were re-compilations of clichés and folk myths from bygone eras when palmistry was believed to be predictive.
Fincham's books (there are two that I'm aware of) strip away the fortune telling aspects and the old wives' tales. He replaces this flawed information with insights built upon his own extensive experience based on modern studies of the connection between brain function and the unique characteristics of the hands. Fincham approaches palmistry as a way that we might know our selves and other with greater clarity. As a result of insights gained through studying the map of the hands individuals can make informed decisions that result in more positive life experiences.

I bought this book cause I am very interested in palm reading. I had one book, but dont have it anymore, so I was looking for something very similar. Book with pictures, that you recognize everything without any problems. In this book is too much talking for not enough pictures. I expected more than I got. So I will look for another one.
